PRODUCT RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We can accept the refund with the below conditions.
1.Product Demaged in delivery when arriving
2. Product Wrong Sending to wrong address
3.Product with Faulty Functionality
4.Product sending with wrong option
We will request to have the video/photo to show the problem when we need to approve the refund. No refund can be accepted without the required proof.
We can not accept the below conditions
1. Customer complaint the product is not as expected.Our company will have to verify the product before putting on site for selling.
2. Customer do not like the product and wanna return for refund our company will get that done in less than 24hours
3. Slightly demaged Packing. International air post may lead some slightly demaged of the packing box. Latin import can guarantee 100% perfect packing condition in the long way of International transit. Any broken in product can apply for refund.
4. Order is late less than 10 working days after the delivery time can apply for refund if any issues arise with the product
Any approved refund request will be sorted within 24 hours with a email / WeChat notice
